Refund policy

At Sarasvati Designs, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and the best possible service. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Refund Policy.

Custom Products

Due to the nature of custom-made products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any custom products unless there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error that does not match the approved design. Please review your order carefully before placing it, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom products based on incorrect size, color, or design choices.

To be eligible for a return due to a manufacturing defect or printing error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide us with your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photos showing the defect or error. Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Non-Custom Products

For non-custom products, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

To initiate a return for a non-custom product, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Refunds for non-custom products will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after a reasonable amount of time, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@sarasvatidesigns.com.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not in its original, unused condition or is damaged due to misuse, neglect, or other circumstances that are not related to manufacturing defects or printing errors.
