Artwork designed and digitally remastered by Sarasvati Designs. "Irises" is an iconic artwork by the Dutch Post-Impressionist painter Vincent van Gogh, created in 1890. In May 1890, just before Vincent van Gogh checked himself out of the asylum at Saint-Rémy, he embarked on a series of four exuberant bouquets of spring flowers. Among these four works, two feature irises, including the painting "Irises." The other two in the series depict roses, with each painting showcasing contrasting color schemes and formats. "Irises" holds a significant place in the collection of Vincent van Gogh's works, representing his exceptional ability to capture the essence of nature and his emotional connection to the world around him. The painting's vibrant colors and Van Gogh's distinctive brushwork continue to captivate art enthusiasts, making it a celebrated piece in the world of art.
