“Off with her head! Off with—" is an illustration by Sir John Tenniel for Lewis Carroll's classic children's book, “Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.” "Off with her head! Off with her—" refers to the Queen of Hearts' infamous order during a croquet game. John Tenniel (1820-1914) was a British illustrator and political cartoonist who left an indelible mark on Victorian art and literature. In 1864, Tenniel's career took a magical turn when he was commissioned to illustrate Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.
