The Artwork
The Ladies Of The Peacock Garden features two exquisitely dressed women meeting beneath a canopy of delicate pink blossoms. One wears a magnificent crimson-and-pink ensemble with enormous tiered side ruffles, a patterned pale pink skirt, elaborate white collar and cuffs, and a dramatic feathered hat in red, blue, and black.
